Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often before a first visit. For anything else, call us or ask through Naver Booking.

01

Before your visit

Where is Eco Jardin Cheonho located?
On the 9th floor of Hyundai Department Store Cheonho, at 1005 Cheonho-daero, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. It is 74m from Exit 5 of Cheonho Station, where Subway Line 5 and Line 8 meet.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 10:30–20:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:30–20:30. As a store inside the department store, we close on the one Monday each month when the department store closes; the date changes month to month, so please check before visiting.
Do I need a reservation?
We recommend booking in advance, as each designer's schedule fills up. You can choose your designer and time on Naver Booking, or call 0507-1385-7910.
How late can I book?
It depends on the service. A cut can be booked closer to closing, while a perm or clinic takes longer and closes earlier. Each designer sets their own last booking time — see the designer pages or call us.
Is parking available?
You can use the Hyundai Department Store Cheonho car park; parking benefits follow the store's own policy. We also have Wi-Fi, high chairs, wheelchair access, and welcome pets.
Can I request a specific designer?
Yes. Eight designers work here, each with different specialities and days off. You can read their profiles on the designer pages and book them by name.

Head spa and scalp care

What happens during the head spa?
It begins and ends with a diagnosis. Your scalp is examined under a microscope, then comes neck relaxation, a hot towel compress, aroma oil cleansing and exfoliation, a galvanic sealing brush, deep scrub, steam mist, nourishing shampoo and spa-bed relaxation. We check the scalp again at the end, then finish with tonic and a blow-dry.
What is the difference between 15 and 18 steps?
The 18-step course adds scalp massage, a herbal scalp pack and a steam mist cap to the 15-step course, for deeper relaxation. Both include the microscope diagnosis and re-diagnosis.
When do people come for a scalp spa?
Usually when the scalp gets oily quickly, feels heavy soon after washing, shows flaking, or has product build-up. A head spa is a beauty treatment, not a medical one — if you suspect a scalp condition or hair loss, please see a doctor first.
How much is the scalp clinic?
Between 150,000 and 250,000 KRW, depending on the course and your scalp condition. We confirm the exact price after the diagnosis.
Do you have your own products?
Yes. We make our own scalp and hair line — shampoo, treatment, activator scalp tonic and ampoule — and use it in the salon.
03

Services and consultation

What hair services do you offer?
Hair counselling, cut, perm, colour, balayage and hair treatment. We also offer wedding makeup, K-glam idol makeup, natural makeup and personal colour analysis.
How much do services cost?
Designer cut 33,000 KRW, premium volume magic 220,000 KRW, premium colour 120,000 KRW, scalp clinic 150,000–250,000 KRW. Final prices depend on hair length, condition and designer.
Can I be served in English?
Yes. Salon Director Alexander and Executive Designer Sang Ok speak English, Japanese and Chinese. Let us know your language when booking and we will match you with them.
What kind of salon is Eco Jardin?
A premium beauty salon brand with Parkjun Beauty Lab. We developed our own 15-step and 18-step head spa programmes and our own scalp and hair line. The Cheonho branch is on the 9th floor of Hyundai Department Store Cheonho and has over 3,600 Naver reviews.
